Hot Springs Awning designs and builds custom awnings, covers and canvas that make outdoor spaces usable and protect your home from sun and weather. Every project is measured on site, fabricated in our shop and installed by our own employees.

We have served Arkansas homeowners since 1906, and we have owned and operated the business since 2006. We understand how fabric and metal perform on a house in this climate, and we build every piece to last.

We do not sell pre-sized awnings. Every home is different, and every project starts with an on-site appointment. We assess the space, the sun exposure and how you use the area, then present options that fit your home’s architecture and your goals. The finished product is built to your exact measurements.

Patios, Porches and Decks

Outdoor living areas are where custom work makes the greatest difference. A properly sized cover lowers the temperature where you sit, cuts glare and protects furniture, cushions and grills from sun and rain. We size coverage to the area you actually use, so shade stays on your seating through the hottest part of the day.

Windows and Doors

Shading a sun-facing window reduces heat gain and helps keep the room behind it cooler. Covering an entry keeps rain off the door and the people using it. Every window and door awning is measured individually and proportioned to its opening, so it adds a finished look to the front of your home.

Bimini Tops, Houseboats and Camper Canvas

We build custom Bimini tops fitted to each boat’s frame and layout, so they stay secure and hold their shape on the water. We re-cover houseboats with new canvas fabricated for the specific vessel. We do not install camper retractable awnings, but we replace the canvas on existing units when the hardware is still sound.

Consultation

Call to describe your project, and we schedule an appointment at your home.

Design

We assess the space and review your options with you.

03.

Contract

You sign a contract with a 50% deposit.

04.

Fabrication

We order materials and build your project in our shop.

05.

Installation

Our installers, all Hot Springs Awning employees, complete the installation.

06.

Final Invoice

The balance is due upon installation, and your final invoice is emailed to you.

Financing Through Synchrony

Qualified homeowners can finance their project through Synchrony, including special financing with no interest if paid in full within 18 months. Ask about financing during your consultation.
